Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and enjoy a refreshment. This allows time for a comfortable check-in.

Booking and Cancellations Policy

All guests are required to hold their appointments with a credit card. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice for individual appointments and 48 hours for Spa Package appointments. No-shows or appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of the price for each service.

Special Considerations

To keep the tranquility of the spa experience, we ask that all cellular phones and paging devices be turned-off upon arrival. In consideration of all of our guests, please keep your voices down.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable if they are lost or stolen. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
